This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing the job right, and thrives in a fast-paced shop environment. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesMount, balance, and install passenger, light truck, and commercial tiresPerform tire repairs following industry safety standardsInspect tires and wheels for damage or wearOperate shop equipment such as tire machines, balancers, air tools, and liftsAssist with shop cleanliness, inventory, and workflowProvide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with the teamFollow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environmentQualificationsPrevious tire or automotive experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedlyComfortable working on your feet for extended periodsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learnAbility to work in a team-oriented environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceMedical, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time off and paid holidaysEmployee discounts on tires and servicesOpportunities for training and advancementA supportive, family-style work environmentSchedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday Occasional Saturdays depending on shop needsHow to Apply: Submit your application through CareerPlug or visit our shop to apply in person.
