Responsibilities include generating new business through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up activities; conducting needs-based conversations to identify appropriate life and health insurance solutions; educating clients on policy options, coverage benefits, and long-term protection strategies; building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers; reviewing existing coverage and identifying opportunities to better protect clients and their families; following up with prospects and clients to ensure an exceptional customer experience; staying current on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory requirements; and maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications include an active Life & Health insurance license, previous insurance sales experience preferred, proven ability to build rapport and develop lasting client relationships, strong communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills, self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and strong work ethic, ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and relatable manner, excellent organizational and follow-up skills, and comfortable using CRM systems and agency technology platforms.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year.
