Compensation: Competitive hourly pay (most jobs range from $18-30/hour) + bonus opportunity. Commission for upselling additional services to existing customers. Commission for bringing new business/new customers. Cash bonuses for: 5-star Google reviews and customer referrals. Flexible scheduling. Company provides power washing equipment, ladders, safety gear, and tools.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities What You'll Be Doing: Meet with homeowners or property managers to confirm service details. Pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, other handyman-type work. Identify equipment issues and troubleshoot hoses, pumps, ladders, and sprayers. Track and maintain tool inventory and alert team lead when replacements are needed. This is a non-construction job.

What You'll Need to Succeed: Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and in outdoor conditions. Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn power tools, water-fed poles, squeegee systems, and rotary dryer vent tools. Willing to learn how to clean gutters, wash windows, power wash surfaces, and complete all property maintenance services. Coachable with a strong attention to safety and quality, problem-solving and trouble shooting skills. Strong customer service. Willing to learn and do direct to consumer selling. Valid driver's license and clean record.
