Shift Manager

Overview This position is for a Shift Manager at a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the employer, not McDonald’s USA. Responsibilities Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts. Plan and monitor each shift to ensure quality service and cleanliness. Take actions to meet McDonald’s standards and departmental goals. Monitor safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with next shift manager to prepare for a great shift. As a Shift Manager You May Be Responsible For Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age. Preferred previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for a fast‑paced environment.
