Job Title: Mechanical Assembler Pay: $20–$23/hour

Job Summary

We are hiring a Mechanical Assembler to join our engine line team. This role involves assembling components, prepping parts for painting, and working with tools in a manufacturing environment. Experience in mechanics, construction, or manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components for engines and alternators
• Perform prep work for painting (masking, sanding, painting)
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Install wiring, fuel lines, and hydraulic components
• Test engines and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with moving units and preparing them for paint

Requirements

• Experience with hand and power tools
• Ability to read blueprints or schematics
• Mechanically inclined
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs
• Manufacturing experience is a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winston-Salem, NC.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Winston-Salem,NC.
