In your role as a Financial Services Operations Representative, you are the front line to our clients and our clients' clients. This position provides transaction processing services with a customer-focused approach. You will work as part of a team for the purpose of providing proactive and innovative solutions to customers. Team members share a commitment to professional development and delivery of quality service.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Process a high volume of transactions for alternative investment (ALTS) accounts, including purchases, redemptions, transfers, and account updates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Review and validate transaction details to maintain data integrity and minimize risk in a highly controlled environment.
• Follow established procedures and controls to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support overall operational efficiency.
• Participate in cross-training opportunities to build knowledge across functions and support team flexibility.

Required Experience

• High school diploma required
• 1 year of financial services or related operations experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, process-driven environment
• Comfortable managing repetitive tasks while maintaining consistency and quality
• Basic proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new tools quickly
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet high-volume processing demands and critical deadlines, particularly during peak periods.
