The Inside Sales Associate position is responsible for receiving incoming orders for customers, answering inquiries and questions, troubleshooting issues, conducting follow-up customer calls, completing call logs, presenting new or additional featured products to customers by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts. Essential Functions: Perform sanitation duties for the warehouse and office spaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, dusting, and vacuuming Collect and dispose of waste and recycling materials properly Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment Check and notify management of pest issues Assist in chemical supply inventory Notify any safety hazards or maintenance issues to Management Complete and maintain required cleaning logs and records accurately and promptly Perform work in accordance with established SSOP’s (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures) Regularly inspect outdoor areas and remove weeds from flower beds, walkways, parking lots, and other landscaped areas to maintain a clean and tidy appearance. Collect and remove trash debris from assigned areas, including workspaces, break rooms, parking lots, and outdoor grounds.
