What You'll Do

• Communicate with consumers by phone and provide professional, helpful customer service
• Review account information and answer questions
• Discuss payment options and help establish payment arrangements
• Work toward individual and team goals
• Maintain accurate account records and document conversations
• Follow company procedures and approved communication guidelines
• Work as part of a team to provide a positive consumer experience

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Dependable with consistent attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Previous customer service, call center, office, or collections experience is helpful, but not required.

This is a full-time, in-office position at our Grand Island location. You'll work in a professional, climate-controlled office environment using phones and computers throughout the day.
