The Analyst will be responsible for implementing contract terms, customer relations both internal and external, monthly reporting, and administrative and data management tasks to ensure efficient, timely and accurate invoices. The Business Operations Analyst will also assist in reconciling monthly invoice entries to the company ERP General Ledger System.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesReview and input contract terms to onboard new contracts into billing systemsUpdate contract billing term changes within billing systemLoad and manipulate large data sets to normalize data for multipurpose useEnsure customer account and banking details are set up correctly according to contract termsPrepare and deliver various monthly reports and data analysisParticipate in and support timely completion of monthly billing processReview and document month over month variancesWork with billing manager and accounts receivable team for verification of invoice fulfillmentCommunicate and coordinate with internal teams and customers to obtain billing information, resolve issues and provide clarificationsResearch and correct billing discrepanciesWork with billing manager and accounting team to assist with invoice reconciliation for month-end accounting purposesUpdate and maintain control log for contract changes and invoice corrections/changesPerform tasks associated with standard audit proceduresMiscellaneous duties as assignedBasic Qualifications:2 plus years of hands-on experience with contract management, billing and/or accounts receivable responsibilitiesCollege level accounting coursework; bachelor's degree a strong plusProficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerQuery, Outlook and Power PointAdvanced skills in Excel requiredHands-on, self-starter with the ability to independently and effectively follow difficult issues through to resolutionAbility to process large volumes of data entry with accuracy and efficiencyMust be detail oriented, organized and be able to multitaskWell-developed verbal and written communication skillsStrong critical thinking/problem solving skillsTeam-orientedPreferred Qualifications:Microsoft Access experienceOracle or similar ERP system experienceExperience with process improvement implementationFull time employee benefits include:Medical insuranceDental insuranceLife insuranceVision insuranceShort/long term disabilityPaid vacation401kEEO Statement NCR Atleos is an equal-opportunity employer.
