Service Advisor

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000-$125,000 annually based on performance. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $16.90. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. Responsibilities Interact with customers to determine their service needs Provide accurate cost estimates and time frames for service completion Coordinate service appointments and communicate updates to customers Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or questions Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to deliver high-quality service Requirements Previous experience in a customer service role, automotive industry preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes Detail-oriented and organized Experience with CDK is a plus!
