Our cultural foundation is built on quality, trust, and value, all bundled together in 90 years of happy little clients while focused on continuously improving to ensure many more years of happy little clients.We are looking for qualified warehouse associates to join our fulfillment center in the case picking department.Essential FunctionsEfficiently pick customer orders using handheld RF scannersBuild pallets with orders and position them to loading docksPack and ship customer orders to specificationsTroubleshoot problems to resolutionAdhere to safety, quality, and production standardsOperate an RF scanner and scan accuratelyAny other duties as assignedPhysical/Visual Activities or DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, hear, walk, lift packages.Stand and/or walk during shifts between 8 and 10 hours longReach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts between 8 and 10 hours longPush and pull product during shift between 8 and 10 hours long (flex and part-time shifts may vary)Ability to lift up to 50 lbsAll Order Picker/Scanners must be able to operate an electric pallet jack.Position QualificationsEducation/ExperienceHigh School Diploma/GEDSkills and AbilitiesKnowledge and experience within a warehouse or fulfillment center environmentExperience using RF scannersStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently with minimal direct supervision
