Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Caregivers (HHA/CNA) to join our team in Deerfield Beach, FL. As a Caregiver, you'll work with clients in their homes, providing assistance with activities of daily living, maintaining their home environment, and keeping them engaged with the outside world. Our comprehensive home care services are designed to improve the lives of our clients, and we're committed to providing exceptional training to ensure a rewarding experience for you and our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality in-home care to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, and other personal care needs

• Develop meaningful relationships with clients and their families, creating a sense of connection and community

• Maintain accurate records of client care plans, ADLs, and outcomes using our Care+ smartphone app

• Communicate with the office, family members, and other caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry standards

Requirements:

• Verification of certifications held (HHA/CNA), CPR Card, and CEU's

• Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or skilled facility

• Must pass background checks (AHCA),

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families

• Compassionate and caring demeanor, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional care
