What You'll Do Lead and execute audit engagements from planning to completion Review workpapers and ensure high-quality standards Assist in developing staff through guidance and on-the-job training Engage directly with clients, building strong professional relationships Identify improvements and contribute to a collaborative audit approach Work closely with leadership on engagement strategy and execution What You Bring Public accounting audit experience required Knowledge of audit methodologies and financial reporting standards Strong communication and analytical skills Ability to confidently manage multiple engagements CPA or actively pursuing highly preferred (Construction, nonprofit, government, or commercial audit experience is all welcome!)
