This role requires a strong understanding of inventory management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and GCSS-ARMY.The Property Manager will develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Will manage sensitive/classified item inventory to ensure compliance with the GFE Turn-in process **Responsibilities:*** Responsible for the storage and accountability of 5,200 government assets.R* Utilizes ASTS and is familiar with similar inventory management software.* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).* Knowledge of the GFE Turn-in process.* Strong GCSS-ARMY knowledge.* Develops, maintains, and collaborates on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).* Manages sensitive/classified item inventory.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration or a related field preferred.* Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.* Certification in inventory management or other related certifications is a plus.* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.* Frequent sitting, standing, and bending.* Strong organizational skills.* Strong communication skills.-**What You Can Expect:****A culture of integrity.**At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
