Client Information & Lead Routing Specialist

INSURICA

INSURICA in Norman, OK is seeking a Client Information Guide to manage inbound/outbound calls, determine coverage needs, and route leads to the appropriate carrier or brokerage. You will use Ask Kodiak, Salesforce, and the GURU app, schedule follow-ups with business owners, and maintain customer service KPIs such as transfer rate and call quality.
