Job Description

As a Security Officer Driver Entry Operations in Elizabethtown, KY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an Access Control Professional at an automotive manufacturing location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. Provide outstanding customer service and professional communication with employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license under Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing location.
• Control access to the facility by verifying identification, processing visitor and contractor entry, issuing credentials as authorized, and maintaining required access records.
• Monitor entry and exit points, delivery traffic, and restricted areas; report unauthorized access attempts, suspicious activity, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned interior and exterior areas, including the business perimeter, to identify and report security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
