Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.We Love Our Work.Providing fast, friendly, professional service to casino guests, beverage servers and bartendersMonitoring guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelinesServing as ambassador of goodwill while working and at customer and public relations functionsPromoting casino events and programsProviding personalized service and uses guest nameResolving service problems according to guidelinesWorking well with others, especially beverage servers, bartenders, other barbacks, beverage supervisors, and casino supervisorsMaintaining par levels of operating supplies and equipment for each bar obtaining replacement stock from warehouse inventory in accordance with procedurePlacing liquors, fruits, glassware, linen, silverware, paper supplies and sundries in their designated places following established storage guidelines and safety proceduresReplacing empty draught beer kegs as may be requiredSlicing and pitting fruit, and fills ice bins with crushed or cubed ice from designated ice machinesOperating and maintaining all equipment and utensils as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety proceduresRemoving and properly disposes of all debris accumulated at the bar in accordance with department proceduresWiping counter areas, sinks and floors as required to maintain a clean and safe work stationMaintaining cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standardsBring Us Your Best.Must be 21 years of age - High school diploma or equivalentRead, write legibly, understand and speak EnglishExcellent customer service/communication skillsAvailable to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as neededMust meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.Must be able to respond to visual and oral cuesAble to work in constricting areasAble to tolerate noise and bright lightsAble to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environmentPhysically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spacesStay In The Game.
