Clinical Nurse Lead

Join our team at Exton Post Acute as a Clinical Nurse Lead Rate range: $38-$42 HR. Responsibilities for Clinical Nurse Lead Assume responsibility and accountability for resident care on the assigned unit, ensuring safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing practices. Oversee and coordinate resident care to promote the highest possible level of physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning for all residents on the unit. Monitor clinical conditions and ensure timely, accurate reporting of incidents, with appropriate follow-up and communication to the Administrator and Director of Nursing. Actively participate in committees, programs, and initiatives as directed by the Director of Nursing to support quality improvement and clinical excellence. Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of new policies and procedures based on identified clinical and operational needs. Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, fostering teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment grounded in resident-centered care. Participate in on-call and holiday rotation schedules as required to ensure continuous clinical support and coverage. Qualifications for Clinical Nurse Lead Must possess a current, active, and unencumbered LPN or RN license in the state of employment. A nursing degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience required. At least two (2) years of supervisory or leadership experience in a long-term care or subacute healthcare facility is required. Strong clinical knowledge with the ability to lead, mentor, and support nursing staff effectively. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
