Responsibilities: The Mission (Your Training) You won’t be fetching coffee; you’ll be in the trenches learning how to protect lives and property. You will start as a recruit and train to become a lethal weapon in the field. • Shadow the Elite: Work directly alongside our lead technicians, absorbing actual knowledge about fire suppression systems, alarms, and life safety codes. • Get Your Hands Dirty: Learn to troubleshoot, install, and maintain critical systems in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment. We care about your grit. • The Hunger: You have a burning desire to learn a trade, outwork the competition, and become a master of your craft. • Mechanical Aptitude: You know your way around a toolbox, aren't afraid of manual labor, and can figure things out with your hands. • A "No Excuses" Mentality: You show up early, work hard, and play hard.
