Territory Sales Specialist

If you love mechanical, electrical, and automated machinery and enjoy solving complex customer problems, this could be an excellent opportunity. Even better, this position is open because of a retirement , not turnover or restructuring. They have also built an impressive support system around their sales team: A dedicated Inside Applications Engineer who works directly with you on your projects, so there is no more chasing multiple applications engineers for answers. A dedicated lead generation resource from the marketing team to help you identify and develop new opportunities. A quoting tool that allows you to provide customers with a basic quote before you even leave their facility . Excellent product and technical training. Experienced, long-tenured leadership. A territory that is 100% drivable, with no flights required. Territory: All of Ohio, Southern Michigan, Northeastern Kentucky, and Western Pennsylvania. Candidates located in Ohio are highly preferred , particularly those in the Columbus, Cleveland, or Cincinnati areas. Uncapped quarterly bonuses Company car Cell phone Laptop Low overnight travel, approximately 25% What we’re looking for: Experience selling capital machinery or equipment into food, chemical, pharmaceutical, or other industrial manufacturers A demonstrated track record of opening and developing new business Strong technical aptitude Engineering degree or experience selling custom-designed or engineered equipment Willingness to travel throughout the territory as needed Must currently reside within the territory. Relocation is not available.
