Senior State Product Manager - Personal Lines (Remote)

A leading national insurance organization is hiring a Senior State Product Manager to lead Personal Lines strategy for complex markets. This is a highly visible leadership role focused on multi-year strategy, pricing and underwriting direction, regulatory engagement, and cross-functional execution across actuarial, underwriting, claims, sales, technology, and legal.

What You'll Do

Own strategy and results for one or more high-complexity states
Lead multi-year plans across pricing, underwriting appetite, product structure, and distribution
Drive top and bottom-line performance, including combined ratio and growth
Partner closely with Actuarial, Underwriting, Sales, Claims, Legal, and Technology
Use data and financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and strategic opportunities
Lead and develop a high-performing team
Build strong relationships with regulators and industry partners

What We're Looking For

10+ years of experience in insurance product management or underwriting
Proven success managing state-level P&L performance
Strong strategic, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills
Experience leading high-impact initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders
People leadership experience
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or designations (CPCU, AU, actuarial exams) preferred

Comp Range

$150-185k
