Pharmacist – Retail Pharmacist (URGENT)

Facility: Adventist Health Ukiah Valley
Location: Ukiah, CA (Howard – Retail Pharmacy)
Setting: Retail Pharmacy | Day Shift | 1st Shift (8 hrs)
Contract: 16 Weeks

Pay

$74 – $76/hr
Weekly Pay (40 hrs): $2,960 – $3,040/week

Requirements & Credentials

Active California Pharmacist License (required)
Pharmacy School Graduate (required)
Retail Pharmacy experience required
BLS required
ACLS required
PALS required
PharmD preferred
Strong medication safety & verification skills
Regulatory compliance knowledge (Joint Commission standards)

Responsibilities

Verify and dispense medications
Ensure safe and accurate medication therapy
Check dosing, interactions, and allergies
Provide drug information support
Maintain pharmacy workflow and compliance
Support quality and safety initiatives
