Your training and background enable you to create positive change by providing essential support and guidance. Utilize your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a credentialed school professional to work collaboratively with school staff, students, and families, promoting a safe and nurturing learning environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is highly desired
- Valid School Psychologist Credential or
- Special Education Credential authorizing work with Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Severe needs
- At least three years of successful work in special education, focusing on students with behavioral and/or mental health challenges
What your role includes:
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans for students
- Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to design individualized strategies
- Conduct assessments to identify student needs and monitor progress
- Provide consultation and training regarding behavior management techniques
- Assist in policy and program development to foster inclusive, positive educational experiences
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to professional standards
