We are seeking an Estimator to join our team to calculate, compile and prepare estimates as part of the pre-construction team. If you are driven to succeed, want to elevate yourself and those around you, and want to grow with a growing company, we want you!**DUTIES:*** Generate project estimates.* Complete quantity takeoffs.* Solicit specialty contractors to obtain estimates.* Maintain specialty contractor database to insure current information and inclusion of new potential bidders.* Assist in preparation of request for proposal documents.* Support management team in maintain and updating estimating software/database.* Coordinate bid document sharing with all process stakeholders.* Be an active participant in elevating yourself and the team around you.* Willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver a successful outcome.**REQUIREMENTS:*** Excellent communication skills* Excellent attention to detail.* Bachelor’s degree or working toward a bachelor's degree in construction or engineering or equivalent experience.* Minimum 3 years of related experience* Familiarity with commercial estimating techniques and software: On-Screen Take off, Bluebeam, ISqFT, etc.* Valid DL and good driving record## Qualifications**BENEFITS TO YOU:**Our Full-Time employees enjoy full medical, dental and vision insurance.
