Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose a range of mental health conditions, utilizing evidence-based practices and a comprehensive understanding of client backgrounds.

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs, adjusting strategies based on therapeutic progress and feedback.

  • Facilitate weekly therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

  • Monitor client progress through regular evaluations, effectively communicating any necessary changes to treatment plans and involving clients in the decision-making process.

  • Offer group therapy as required, promoting peer support and shared experiences among participants to enhance their coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

  • Possession of a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • A valid and active LMFT license in the state of California is mandatory.

  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families, demonstrating proficiency in evidence-based counseling techniques.

  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong emphasis on empathy, cultural competence, and the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is between $110,000 and $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
