Each of our Design Centers houses state-of-the-art showrooms, dedicated contractor sales counters, and on-site, fully stocked warehouses. We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to oversee assigned customer accounts and deliver a tailored service experience based on each account's specific requirements. This is a fast-paced, primarily email-based role requiring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands. This is not a Sales Position. Requirements What You'll Do Work with assigned accounts and respond to customer requests based on unique preferences and requirements. Prioritize workflow around delivery schedules and requested delivery times. Track, follow up, and ensure timely resolution of all requests. Collaborate with management to provide accurate customer responses. Process orders, changes, and returns with precision. What We're Looking For • 5+ years of customer service experience (non-retail). • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. • Proven problem-solving skills and situational awareness. • Proactive, adaptable, and able to pivot as priorities shift. • Strong written communication skills.
