Program Manager

Essential Functions Manage projects and oversee elements of company production. Manage suppliers, including visiting them when required. Create production files including drawings, manual instructions, ATP, ATR, etc. Create and manage BOM for multiple programs. Design and implement cost-reductive changes. Developing of new suppliers Participate in assemblies and testing. Provide data to the management for the quotations. Guide the technicians. Reporting to a CTO and working with the Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Logistics. Competence Requirements Hands‑on Detail‑oriented and organized. Must have good communication skills. Team player Ability to work independently. Willing to travel as required. Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (preferably 3 years experience) Experience with CAD systems (preferably Solidworks or Solid Edge) Ability to understand the drawings and the specifications. Ability to work in metric and imperial systems. Deep Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, sheet metal, coatings, assemblies, etc.) Experience with PCBs, cables, connectors, and electronics is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office.
