Job Summary

We are seeking a Forklift Operator/Material Handler to join our fast-paced warehouse team at a cold storage facility . In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the movement, storage, and handling of materials using various types of heavy equipment, including forklifts and Turret trucks.

Annual Salary - ( Weekly Pay)

$41,600 – $45,760 depending on experience

Shifts Available

1st Shift; M-F, 5:00am - 1:30pm

2nd Shift; M-F, 2:30pm - 11:00pm

Duties

• Operate forklifts, turret trucks, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials
• Pick and prepare orders
• Assist with inventory management by organizing stock and maintaining accurate records within warehouse management systems.
• Support shipping and receiving processes by verifying shipment contents against documentation and ensuring proper storage.
• Handle cartons weighing 40-75 pounds

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating forklifts or reach trucks in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Ability to work in a cold storage facility environment (34 degrees F)
• Prior experience in shipping & receiving, materials handling, or warehouse distribution
• Strong understanding of warehouse procedures including load & unload processes, order picking, and inventory organization.
• Ability to lift 40-75 pounds
