Senior Business Analyst (Federal Clients)

Job Summary Senior Business Analyst (Federal Clients) supports clients with process optimization, requirement analysis, and system integrations focused on immigration programs. Candidates must have at least 8 years of business analysis experience, 5 years supporting federal immigration programs, and relevant certifications. Responsibilities Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow optimization with focus on immigration. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, testing, and system deployment. Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions. Experience with immigration policy and systems. Exposure to agencies and offices operating in the immigration ecosystem and DHS systems. Take on new responsibilities and learn the mission/business while maintaining attention to detail. Contribute to company service areas beyond project work to build new skills and help grow the company. Contribute to company culture promoting collaboration, learning, and growth. Collaborate with clients to solve tough problems, delivering outstanding service and achieving mission results. Apply excellent consulting, business analysis, and communications skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions. Required Qualifications At least 8 years of experience developing and executing strategies for federal programs, including 5 years supporting federal immigration programs. Experience in large, complex federal or nationwide programs focused on immigration services. US citizenship only (no dual citizenship). Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field. Certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent. Currently holds or can obtain security clearance. Flexible, able to thrive in dynamic and ambiguous environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Outstanding written and oral communication, collaboration skills, and strong leadership potential. Ability to collaborate remotely and in person. Technologically savvy, especially Microsoft products and collaboration tools like SharePoint. Desire to join a consulting firm and learn business concepts; loves collaboration and participation in company events and projects. Ability to work in the Washington, DC metro area and travel as needed. Critical skills: executive presence, leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, collaboration mindset, problem solving, and consulting interest. Interest in assignments beyond single project strongly desired. Work Environment Hybrid work environment: client sites, Arc Aspicio DC office, and remotely. Candidates must live in Washington, DC area at time of employment. Salary Range Projected salary range: $85,000 - $135,000.
