About the Job Ruan is hiring drivers Class A CDL Flex drivers for our fleet. Our flex drivers never have to worry about not having enough work available, because we'll send you to where extra help is needed! These drivers will travel to various customers & operations around the United States and support the locations that are in need of extra coverage. Drivers average $86,600 annually, with the opportunity to earn up to $104,000 per year. This position offers travel opportunities with compensation for travel time to and from supported operations. Drivers also receive a $25 per diem for each night spent away from home. All business travel expenses are covered by Ruan, including flights, hotel accommodations, and rental vehicles, allowing drivers to focus on the job while enjoying company-paid travel. Schedule This role is essential to keeping operations running efficiently. Drivers can be out for five weeks at a time, followed by one week off. Work schedules and start times can vary depending on the specific operation being supported. Drivers are guaranteed 50 hours of work each week. Equipment This position offers the opportunity to expand your skills and gain experience operating different types of equipment. The work may involve a combination of no-touch freight, driver-assisted deliveries, unloading cargo, and tarping loads. Drivers must be willing to obtain Tanker and Hazmat endorsements, and the company will pay for the Hazmat endorsement if obtained within 60 days of being hired. Previous forklift experience is preferred, but training will be provided for those who need it. Applicants must possess a Real ID and a valid U.S. Passport.
