Unarmed Security Officer
$25/hour | Childress, TX | Housing, Transportation & Meals Provided | W-2 Employment | Growth Into Armed & Executive Protection | Full-Time Opportunities

This position is assigned toChildress, Texas. Transportation, lodging, and meals are provided. Team members may stay on-site for extended periods depending on project schedules. Candidates from Dallas, Amarillo, and surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.

You represent the client, the company, and the standard every time you step on site.

You stay alert, communicate professionally, handle pressure without losing composure, and take ownership without needing someone to constantly manage you.

This is not a sit around and collect a check security position.

What Youll Do*
You will provide professional unarmed security services while maintaining a strong presence, protecting clients, and representing the company to a high standard.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain a visible, alert, and professional security presence
• Help create a safe and secure environment for clients, personnel, and property
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents and evolving situations
• De-escalate conflicts using communication and sound judgment
• Follow post orders, operational procedures, and company expectations
• Adapt to changing assignments, schedules, and operational needs
• Communicate professionally with clients, teammates, and the public
• Represent the company with professionalism at all times
• Support the team and contribute to a reliable operational environment
