Roles & Responsibilities Own reference architecture for Camunda Platform 8 (Zeebe, Operate, Tasklist, Optimize, Connectors) Define integration patterns (REST/gRPC, Kafka, JMS, webhooks) Establish standards for BPMN 2.0, DMN, and FEEL; review complex models and decision tables Define NFRs: scalability, high availability, resilience (retries, backoff, circuit breakers), idempotency, and processing guarantees Design external worker patterns (Java/Spring Boot, Node.js) and connector-based orchestration Guide deployments on Kubernetes (GKE/EKS/AKS), Helm, and IaC (Terraform), including DR and upgrades Translate business requirements into orchestrated workflows Drive workflow decomposition, modeling, and versioning at scale Technical Skills Strong experience with Camunda Platform 8 (Zeebe) Hands‑on with BPMN/DMN modeling and FEEL Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot (preferred), Node.js Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and event‑driven architecture Knowledge of REST, gRPC, Kafka, JMS Managerial & Soft Skills Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills Effective communication and stakeholder management Ability to mentor teams via reviews, sessions, and pattern libraries Proactive risk identification and mitigation Detail‑oriented with strong focus on quality and outcomes #J-18808-Ljbffr Veriipro
