Responsibilities What You'll Do: Take full ownership of your store's operations, team, and performance. Lead and inspire a team of 8–15 employees across all shifts. Be thego-to person when coverage is needed—you'll typically work days but must be available forany shift, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Performall duties of store employeesincluding running the register, stocking, upselling, cleaning restrooms, and maintaining the lot and fuel pumps. Coach team membersto deliver excellent service and activelyupsellpromotions and key items. Recruit, hire, and trainnew team members, focusing on growth, accountability, and teamwork. Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising. Handle all banking and cash deposits—must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance. Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction. Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals. Execute all company programs and marketing initiatives. Be willing to take on anything the store needs—including cross-training and stepping in to manage deli or QSR operations when necessary. Pay Rate: Up to $52K $1500 sign on bonus - paid after 6 months in position Qualifications Open availabilitywith the ability to workany shift as needed, especially to cover unexpected call-outs. Avalid driver's license, access to apersonal vehicle, andproof of insurance(required for bank deposits). Retail or food management experiencepreferred. Willingness to lead by example inall aspects of store operations, including cleaning, upselling, and frontline service. Strong communication skills, integrity, and decisiveness. Minimum age requirement: 18+ years oldin AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO 21+ years oldin all other states Ability to pass apre-employment drug screen and background check. In Tennessee, must completeTopshelf Manager Training. Exempt store managers are required to work a minimum of 52 hours a week.
