In-House Attorney - Corporate Counsel (Litigation)

Overview In‑House Litigation Attorney – Epic Health Care Location & Relocation Madison, WI (campus‑based). Relocation assistance is fully reimbursed. Responsibilities Manage all litigation and regulatory matters for Epic's expanding product lines. Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents; present oral arguments; negotiate settlements. Advise on strategy in a rapidly changing industry; collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Qualifications 3–7 years of experience in litigation, with demonstrated success in drafting, oral arguments, and settlement negotiations. Strong background in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus. Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
