Job Title: Attorney Manager Company Overview Our Law firm specializes in providing top-notch legal services to businesses of all sizes. Our team of experienced attorneys is dedicated to helping our clients navigate complex legal matters and ensuring their contracts are well-drafted and legally sound. This opening is in Austin. Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Attorney Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. As the Attorney Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of attorneys and ensuring the successful delivery of legal services to our clients. Key Responsibilities Manage a team of attorneys and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations Oversee the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts for clients Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and are in the best interest of our clients Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their legal needs and provide solutions Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in the state of Texas Minimum of 3 years of experience in law, preferably in a litigation role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Benefits Competitive salary Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities Collaborative and supportive work environment If you are a highly motivated and experienced attorney looking for a challenging and rewarding career, then we encourage you to apply for the Attorney Manager position.
