Shift: 3:50 AM - 1:00 PM | Monday + Tuesday + Wednesday + Friday

The Work:

• Receive, prepare, sort, and set eggs for optimal incubation quality
• Load/unload egg shipments and supplies with power or pallet jacks
• Operate egg-handling equipment such as the Automatic Rack Transfer machine
• Clean and sanitize equipment and hatchery areas to meet quality standards
• Grade chicks, operate basket stackers, and prepare them for delivery
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure eggs are rotated properly
• Perform in-ovo injection transfers with care to minimize breakage
• Use spray vaccination and cleaning systems to support hatchery health
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Comfortable operating machinery and material handling equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
• Ability to follow sanitation and biosecurity procedures
• Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset
