• Maintain accurate documentation of all care provided

• Maintain resident dignity, safety, and comfort at all times

• Support a positive and resident-centered environment

• Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

• Passionate about providing genuine hometown care

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Commitment to maintaining a reliable attendance history
