Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Passionate about providing genuine hometown care
Strong communication and organizational skills
Commitment to maintaining a reliable attendance history
