We are currently accepting applications for a: Appraisal Specialist, in Houlton This position is eligible for a base hourly rate of $18.36 to $27.54 per hour. Placement within the range is determined by factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. Responsibilities include: Completing residential and commercial evaluations Reviewing evaluations and appraisals and maintain database Ensure compliance with Appraisal Policy and Regulatory Guidance Monitoring appraiser performance Work with Appraisal Department Manager to resolve appraisal or evaluation deficiencies and determine environmental risk Qualifications include: 1-3 years appraisal review &/or credit analysis experiencein a banking environment preferred, but will train the right individual Understanding of accounting concepts and analytical skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent interpersonal andcustomer serviceskills #J-18808-Ljbffr Katahdin Trust Company
