Caregiver With Dementia Experience

Caregiver Position

We are seeking highly qualified caregivers—including HHAs, PCAs, and CNAs—to support seniors throughout Union, Cabarrus, Stanly, and Rowan counties.

Because we provide top-tier support to our clients, we utilize a rigorous hiring process to ensure we onboard only the most skilled, reliable, and compassionate professionals in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Participate in client preferred activities (e.g., gardening, games, crafts)
• Prepare meals and support light household tasks
• Monitor and document changes in clients’ physical or cognitive condition
• Maintain a safe, clean environment
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Follow individualized care plans and company policies

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience required
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Reliable transportation to client homes
• Must pass background and drug screenings
