The candidate will have a strong academic background, and expertise in heart and lung procurement, organ assessment and resuscitation, ex-vivo organ perfusion, ECMO cannulation and management, as well as all aspects of Cardiovascular Surgery. Cardiac surgical experience preferred but not required, preferably as an advanced trainee or staff surgeon with strong surgical skills. This range reflects full-time total base compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties.
