Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Representative to support outreach and engagement for our Value-Based Care (VBC) practice . This role focuses on promoting our services, engaging the community, and assisting with events that build awareness and support patient growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the practice in the community through outreach and relationship-building.
• Educate patients and partners about our VBC model and benefits.
• Assist with planning and staffing community events and wellness fairs.
• Distribute marketing materials and track outreach activity.
• Provide basic administrative support to marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; college coursework in Marketing or Healthcare preferred.
• Experience in outreach, marketing, or healthcare is a plus.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Flexible schedule for occasional weekend events.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
