Work in a respected hospital setting Make a direct impact on patient care Utilize your clinical and specimen collection expertise Join a collaborative healthcare team Full-time, stable opportunity What You'll Do Perform bedside specimen collection on patients of all ages Conduct venipunctures and finger-stick procedures with precision Collect, label, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing Maintain accurate patient records within EMR systems Follow infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols Ensure proper specimen handling and transportation Provide compassionate patient care while explaining procedures and easing patient concerns Required Qualifications Formal training or certification in Phlebotomy Proficiency in venipuncture and finger-stick collections Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and specimen identification accuracy Knowledge of infection control and aseptic techniques Preferred Qualifications Minimum 2 years of acute care hospital experience Experience performing bedside draws on patients of all ages Familiarity with bleeding-time testing procedures Experience maintaining quality-control documentation and logs Strong patient-service skills and bedside manner Are You the Right Fit?
