Manufacturing Engineer

About The Job

The Manufacturing Engineer drives innovation by designing and developing high-quality products while ensuring smooth, efficient manufacturing processes. This role is all about creating smart, customer-focused solutions that improve performance, reduce costs, and deliver exceptional value.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Drawing Management System per Global CAD standards.
• Manage local engineering activities aligned with Germany team.
• Administer Product Data Management (PDM).
• Create drawings, 3D models, and work instructions.
• Implement technical modifications and drawing revisions.
• Oversee product information and supplier data.
• Design production cells and tooling; drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate on costing, supplier products, and part creation.
• Lead corrective actions, change management, and PPAP processes.
• Develop internal standards and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or 5+ years relevant experience.
• SolidWorks certification or 2+ years experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PDM software.
• Knowledge of APQP, process maps, control plans, FMEA.
• Understanding of machining, welding/brazing, assemblies, hydraulics.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods; lift up to 15 lbs occasionally.
