Real Estate Sales Agent – Northern Virginia

Confidence Global Realty is expanding its Northern Virginia sales team and is seeking ambitious, coachable sales professionals who want to build a serious real estate business with leads, technology, training, coaching, and a production-focused platform behind them.

Experienced real estate agents are welcome, but prior real estate experience is not required. High-potential sales professionals who are willing to obtain their Virginia real estate license are encouraged to apply. Approved pre-licensing education may qualify for tuition reimbursement under CGR program guidelines.

What You’ll Do

• Work with buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners throughout Northern Virginia.
• Prospect for new business using company-provided lead opportunities, predictive seller data, CRM technology, professional dialing systems, referrals, and personal networking.
• Conduct buyer consultations, listing presentations, property previews, open houses, and client appointments.
• Prepare comparative market analyses and advise clients on local market conditions.
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through residential transactions from initial consultation through closing.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects, clients, and your personal database.
• Participate in CGR sales training, coaching, prospecting sessions, accountability meetings, and professional-development programs.
• Build your personal real estate brand within the Confidence Global Realty platform.

Who We’re Looking For

We are interested in experienced agents as well as high-potential professionals from sales-oriented backgrounds such as automotive sales, hospitality, luxury retail, financial services, business development, or other performance-driven industries.

Ideal candidates are competitive, coachable, self-motivated, comfortable prospecting, organized with follow-up, professional in communication, and interested in building a long-term real estate career.

A Virginia real estate license is preferred but not required at the time of application . Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing to obtain a Virginia real estate license before conducting licensed real estate activities.

Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply but a second language is not required.

Compensation

Estimated annual earnings: $60,000–$200,000+

This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity with no guaranteed base salary . Earnings are uncapped and vary based on individual production, transaction volume, lead source, and performance.

Additional performance incentives, recognition programs, recruiting rewards, and production-based opportunities may be available.

Work Structure

Hybrid / field-based — Arlington and Northern Virginia.

Agents will work through a combination of office-based prospecting and training, client appointments, property showings, listing presentations, open houses, field activity, and remote follow-up.
