We are a full-service, progressive practice equipped with: Digital radiology Full in-house lab Anesthesia monitoring Access to boarded orthopedic surgeons & radiologists Potential to treat exotics if desired We moved into a brand-new facility in 2022 featuring: 5 exam rooms Acupuncture area Dual- dental suite setup Separate surgery room Dedicated imaging room with x-ray & ultrasound Paperless records I n-house lab As Managing Veterinarian, you will: Provide medical leadership and oversee case management Mentor and develop associate DVMs and support staff Establish medical protocols and ensure quality standards Collaborate with the Hospital Manager t o drive financial performance, operations, and compliance Drive community engagement and client loyalty Foster a positive, team‑oriented workplace Our Culture Collaboration first: We work together as a cohesive unit, sharing cases and supporting each other Work‑life balance: 4×10‑hour shifts/week, including only 1–2 Saturdays per month We have fun: Cookouts, holiday parties, picnics, lunches - team bonding matters here About Pleasanton, CA Located in the heart of the East Bay, Pleasanton offers a blend of suburban charm and city convenience.
