Job Type: Full-Time Work Week: Flexible hours available; able to work starting at 5:00 AM or until midnight if required, based on café hours and availability. If you are smart, have integrity, drive, and enthusiasm, you’d make a great Team Member. Duties and Responsibilities Interact with team members, customers, and vendors using DYNE's core values. Deliver “Unparalleled Hospitality” to each customer that visits our cafe. Prepare ingredients for food and smoothies. Assemble and serve fresh food and smoothies prepared to Tropical Smoothie Cafe’s standards. Use our sanitation practices to handle and prepare food. Set up and monitor food and smoothie work stations. Clean and organize kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and any other areas in the cafe. Operate the register, taking customer orders, accurately handling cash, and being responsible for the drawer. Follow all safety and security policies set by the brand. Perform any additional tasks necessary to run the cafe. Required Skills and Abilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Physical Requirements Continuous standing and walking throughout the shift. Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice or taking out trash. Constant face‑to‑face interactions with crew members and customers. Safely navigate in a fast‑paced cafe environment. Ability to multi‑task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.
