Details of the assignment:

• Full-time position, starting as soon as possible through May 28, 2027
• Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
• Roles available from elementary structured support to middle school co-teaching, serving students with mild to no behavioral needs
• Small caseloads (6 students elementary, 11 students middle school)
• Excellent classroom support teams include teaching assistants and behavior technician support
• Some students require toileting assistance; minimal feeding assistance required

Preferred qualifications:

• Current certification/licensure in Special Education (state-specific as required)
• Experience working with elementary and/or middle school populations
• Comfortable providing toileting assistance
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, compassion, and adaptability skills

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering individualized instruction to meet students’ IEP goals
• Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, behavior technicians, and other support staff
• Maintaining accurate documentation and progress records
• Providing a positive, inclusive environment fostering learning and growth
• Supporting students’ daily living needs as necessary
