Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Certification Must-Have: Must pass an exam during orientation Description: RN's must pass a pass/fail exam during orientation. The exam is open book on skills learned. Candidates will have all necessary resources to pass. A minimum score of 90% is required to pass the exam. Failure to achieve the required score will result in termination of contract. Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care. Refusal to remove artificial nails will lead to termination of contract. The hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment. A charting system is utilized for documentation. This role operates within an acute care setting.
