???? Entry-Level Welder / Fabrication Technicians ????

What You'll Do

✅ Assist in the fabrication and welding of structural steel components

✅ Read tape measures and follow work instructions

✅ Use hand tools, grinders, and fabrication equipment

✅ Prepare, fit, and assemble steel parts for production

✅ Inspect work for quality and accuracy

✅ Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

What We're Looking For

✔ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

✔ Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math

✔ Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet

✔ Willingness to learn welding and fabrication skills

✔ Positive attitude and team-player mentality

Bonus Points If You Have

⭐ Welding school or technical training

⭐ Manufacturing, fabrication, or construction experience

⭐ MIG welding experience

⭐ Experience using grinders, saws, or other shop tools

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.78 - $18.03/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
