Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We expect formal training or certification in software engineering concepts, along with 2+ years of applied experience.
• We need strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET technologies.
• We require proficiency with relational databases and SQL.
• We look for practical experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, troubleshooting, or documentation, with the ability to critically assess and verify AI-generated outputs.
• We expect experience with AWS services and cloud-native approaches for deployment, monitoring, and scalability.
• We value hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• We look for experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using one or more modern programming and database querying languages.
• We expect exposure to the full software development life cycle.
• We value familiarity with agile practices such as CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
• We want an understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs and outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations.
• We consider emerging knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline such as cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or mobile technologies to be beneficial.
• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies is preferred.

• We execute standard software solutions, including design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
• We write secure, clean, and maintainable C#/.NET code with growing independence.
• We use tools within the software development life cycle toolchain, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to increase the value delivered through automation.
• We leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity, such as code generation, refactoring, unit test creation, and documentation, while validating results through peer review, automated testing, and secure coding standards.
• We contribute to the design and integration of AI/ML and GenAI capabilities into payment workflows, including intelligent automation, anomaly and fraud detection, and data-driven decisioning.
• We build cloud-native services on AWS using modern patterns for deployment, observability, resiliency, and scalability.
• We design, develop, code, and troubleshoot with awareness of upstream and downstream systems and their technical impact.
• We learn and apply system processes, methodologies, and skills to develop secure and stable code and systems.
